Medical Support

In an effort to ensure the health and safety of our Individuals and staff, we conduct weekly

COVID testing, in conjunction with proper PPE, but not limited to masks, face shields, and

proper handwashing. We strive to stay in compliance with both DBHDD and CDC

requirements.

It is essential that all documentation be submitted prior to entry and updated annually. Medical

services require annual release of information, as well as an AIMS, PRN form, physical, dental, vision,

and a current TB.
