The Human Resources Department’s main focus is the Staff. It is responsible for recruiting and retaining employees. They are trained in all areas to do their job
competently and effectively. All trainings are geared toward the development of the Individuals to make sure the Staff is effective with their classroom curriculum
which promotes person-centered social integration. We must be in compliance with the Policy and Procedures of DBHDD and Clayton County at all times. The
